Very disappointed in the facilities, cleanliness for price paid for 3 nights. + Beds were comfortable, there wasn’t anything else. − The price we paid for three nights was excessive. Extra blankets for beds needed to be washed before use, they were dirty and smelt. Lounge chairs were filthy. Curtains were old and hooks broken off, microwave would only work if you slammed the door. Kitchen bench was all cracked. Tv didn’t work, needed someone to come and fix it. On the balcony you looked into the messiest balcony next door.

Très agréable + Appartement très bien placé , au plus près de tout et avec parking sécurisé . − Petit soucis avec la moquette du salon, mon fils s’est blessé cause de clous qui dépassaient. Rien de grave heureusement. Nous avons contacté l’accueil qui a très bien géré ensuite.

Everything was exceptional and a beautiful environment. Would definitely come and stay again. + Everything was close by and it was right next to the river and super close to the beach. Great views, great staff, coffee and breakfast in the mantra hotel and close to everything that i wanted. Great location. − The parking was a bit confusing at first but it was easy access to the tower.

Merveilleux séjour en compagnie de nos enfants et petits-enfants + Piscine Gentillesse du personnel Très bien situé avec le Coles au pied de l'hôtel, trop bien. La gare de tram pas loin. Magnifique séjour pour notre famille ; nous avons vraiment aimé. On reviendra ça c'est sûr !!! − Hotte pas très propre Pas assez de papier toilette Placard cassé dans la chambre

+ View, close proximity − Bed was terrible and small. Toilet seat was broken and almost slid off every time using it. Very noisy with traffic & constant sirens

Was a nice stay but we wont be back + The hotel facilities were good. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Parking was a bit confusing at first but has sufficient parking bays. Location is good and having coles, chemist and newsagents down stairs is handy. 4 minute walk to the beach. − Room 2305 needs a repaint, mostly every wall was marked. kitchen bench was cracked down the middle and needs replacing, the curtains were stained and broken at the top. The couch was filthy and had stains. The sink tap choices in one of the bathroom was either dribbling out or gushing out a million litres a second.. I would highly suggest an overhaul in this room to bring it up to $350 a night standard.
