Great stay catching up with my son who I hadn't seen in many years. + location & overall room − I noticed there wasn't any A/C - but did see towards the end of my stay that the fuse for the A/C was turned off. There was also no power or dial tone to my in-service phone. I didn't need any assistance during my stay and the weather was ok without any A/C.

Great location and views + The location was fantastic and the views were great. The hotel is lovely and right next to the tram station and lots of eateries. The room was well looked after and spacious - even with the fold out couch out for the stay. The staff were lovely and very prompt at replying, they had a complimentary coffee machine with pods. − The only thing the heating/cooling control was very confusing to work (we managed to have it on cooling-but not really sure how we did).

− the apartment could do with some more supplies.....a small carton of milk, a milk frother for the coffee machine, sugar, salt, pepper, tea bags etc. one shower had shampoo but no conditioner etc. otherwise it was excellent

A deeply disappointing stay marked by poor maintenance, safety hazards, cleanliness issues, and an unacceptable lack of + - Location - Views from the room - Apartment was spacious − Water likeage and may cause for injury Non-functional stove stop until it was advised that it was child locked. Caused us to spend money since we could not cook. Safety hazard: Room had broken iron, could have caused electric shock if I would have missed it. Persistent odour: The room had very very very bad odour. Service and Response time: I called at at least 15 times with no response. Having said that, response via message was prompt was sometime you want to talk to make sense of few things.

Great location and room. + Had to wait for the code right up to the last minute which was concerning as we were on a long haul flight and arriving in the early hours of the morning so had to hope the code was actually there when we landed. It was but a bit stressy. − Only got one key for the room which was a real pain. I checked with reception and was told the room only had one key so not ideal.

Rented other private apartment in the building previouly and this apartment was by far in worse condition. + Location. Facilities outside apartment. − 1. Bath worn with surface coating missing. Shower door worn, rusty and in need of refurbishment. 2. Kitchen cupboard door hinges rusty and in need of replacement. 3. Cooker really old (welcome back to the 80’s) and cooktop rings rusty/ worn. 4. No control for AC therefore was cold at times and could not adjust temperature. Generally lack of maintenance. Owner should consider spending some money on upgrades.
