+ Facilities and the view − I had to drive around the hotel 4-5 times just to check in because the parking spots in front of the lobby were very small

Overall very poor would not recommend to others or stay there again + Size of the unit. − Bedding was terrible. A single sheet no quilt on the bed. The blankets and quilt (no quilt cover) looked old and like they were from the op shop. Bedding not comfortable at all. Slow unhelpful response to our concerns and dismissive. The apartments are very stark and feel souless. Loud noises filtering through the glass windows very late and again very early.

+ Awesome location − Coming back to our room late Saturday night had a lot of trouble getting into our room. Fob was not working on door, no-one to talk to no number to ring. Bed was as hard as a rock. The room could have been a little cleaner.

Happy to return to this hotel! + My fave hotel on the goldy and old home! This hotel is beautiful. Room as clean and convenient! Even had a wash and dryer! − Lots of people around the hot tubs this time around drinking which was disappointing when you have a young family.
