Relaxing, On Island time :) + The view was spectacular, the location as close to the Tram making transportation so easy!! The room was spacious and clean. Utensils, Cooking pots & laundry facilities was just too good. − Maybe more toilet papers and dish washing & laundry soaps. If the living room had blinds also would be great. But otherwise still worth the bucks !

Perfekt für die Zeit an der Gold Coast + Super Lage, tolles Apartment, Café unten sehr zu empfehlen − Zum Teil der Service am Empfang, Alarm in der Nacht und leider keine Information dazu was eigentlich los war, die Leute standen draußen vorm Hotel ohne jegliche Informationen, schade

Stunning View and perfect place. + The apartment have everything you need for your vacation - a kitchen complete with cooking materials, microwave, ref all you need is there. Rooms are clean as well as the bathrooms. There is also a washing machine and dryer for your laundry. The most important is the Scenic View. So nice and stunning as you can make it a perfect wallpaper for it. The balcony is also a perfect spot to see the view outside and breath a fresh air. Perfect for a family for vacation in Goldcoast. Will definitely return to Rhapsody. − Nothing- except for a false alarm fire that happened at 3am in one of our stay.

Nice studio apartment, but not a peaceful stay. + Close to Surfers Paradise beach, 10 minutes walk to shops and restaurants − Noisy. Multiple building sites surround it that start early. Our room over looked the tram, which squeals as it goes around the corner every few minutes until the early hours

− We had a false alarm fire evacuation at 3am one of the nights we stayed, there were no staff anywhere to be seen guiding or reassuring guests. Security were equally hopeless and careless. Even the fire brigade didn't seem to care much, and acted like this was something tiresome that happened every week. Eventually a rumour spread from a security officer that a problem with a sprinkler had set off the system. Pretty long walk from the 40th storey for some, to come down to freezing 3am wind, zero staff anywhere and nothing seeming to be going on, either with an alarm or with a response. My words are likely the nicest of the other guests with their luggage and children on the cold street. Otherwise, a fantastic stay. One more note, the dryer in our room was extremely temperamental.

I am so glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Gold Coast + Good location Excellent views − The parking instructions or process need some refinement but just a small gripe.
