Quick and easy + Location is great − Bathroom taps and water temp trying to find the temp to have a warm shower was frustrating !

good + The room is quite spacious and is equipped with all necessary facilities such as a refrigerator and a TV. − The employees' off-duty time is quite early. There will be an additional charge if you check in after 6 o'clock pm.

Staff were lovely, complex was ok, pretty ok location, easy to get around the place + Size of apartment was good. Shower was good.Wifi was good. It was reasonably quiet room and I could see the sea. Location was 80 metres from bus stop or 180 metres to tram so as handy as anywhere in Surfers − Pool was shaded all the time we stayed there had no sun at all, even though pool looked fantastic it was always in shade. This was end of August and the days were sunny. Didn't like the fact that there were no hotplates, ie only a microwave yet kitchen was large, so first day before seeing room bought some meat etc and had to wander down multiple floors to cook on BBQ that whole complex seemed to be using to do the exact same thing. Restaurant at the complex I only seen open once in 7 days which was very random

Decent place, good location, helpful staff, bathroom was a real letdown. + Great location, awesome staff very helpful booked us movie world printed tickets so easy. Rooms are very big plenty of room. − Bathroom is giant but has a tiny shower bath setup and the shower head was terrible and there was yellow stains on the tub. Feels like a landlord special, with some work this place could be much better. Please please Reno the bathrooms they suck. Pest control rocked up and sprayed our room while we were there abit random.
