Our stay was okay but did not meet expectations. Very small rooms and unsafe balcony − The bread was mouldy at breakfast. The service for lunch/dinner was great some days and exceptionally slow other days. The service lacked consistancy

Overpriced − Overpriced bad experience at the teppanyaki, confusion of billing, band aids by the pool, only 2 tea bags, half opened milk, not enough blankets

Lovely accommodation and facilities - disappointing food + Had a real luxury feeling and great facilities, spa, gym, huge pool and outdoor area and a couple of different restaurants. − I am celiac and the breakfast options looked good but in reality they weren’t. I ordered pancakes and they just tasted like cake mixture, they also had mini croissants but they were still defrosting and were hard as rocks and I was excited to try the gf pastries but they were hard. Someone from the management team need to try the gf food! At $168.00 Australia for 3 people which converted to about $200 nzd it wasn’t worth it.
