Magnificent winter escape, relaxed atmosphere, right on the beach, everything we wanted and more. + The location is ideal, right on the beach and fell asleep to the sound of crashing waves every night. It’s also a 30 second walk to a tram station but an easy walk to Main Beach, Broadbeach and Cavill Ave if you want to walk instead. The apartment itself was exactly what we needed with more than enough space. The view though, oh my goodness, magnificent!! − Nothing - we will be back!

A very relaxing place to stay with good amenities and excellent hosts. + Loved the sea view, and waking up to the sound of the surf. The location to the beach was excellent as its just across the road. Beds are comfortable and good size. A clean, tidy, and well-appointed unit, and good value for money. Bec and Brock are extremely helpful, even helping out with a courier delivery prior to our stay. Would definitely recommend and we would stay here again. − Wouldn't change anything.

+ We enjoyed our stay except for one thing , the smoke alarm system went off , we were told that it was up to us what we should do. My daughter was stressing because we were on the 12th floor and i am eighty , so i couldn't go down all the stairs and it was unsafe to use the lift. So eventually the fire service arrived and it turned out ok , but the staff didn't know what to do, so some training would be a good thing. − Apart from that the staff were great and we had a great stay.

While some of the fixtures need upgrades great stay + Location − I thought our room was dated. Window stays sticking, Single hot & cold taps, shower heads weren't adjustable for shorter people. We had a firm alarm during our stay & the stairs are slippery. My granddaughter fell down a flight.
