Good location, good building. + The staff were very helpful following some check in issues and Sheila was fantastic. I would stay again. − Parking is limited and some permits are one day only.

Overall stay was absolutely amazing! + Absolutely loved the layout & it wasn’t it too much of a loud area − Used the shower then went to use the hairdryer, it worked for 2 mins then cut out & wouldn’t work?! Little disappointing

Wonderfully comfortable stay in a great location. Perfect for our trip to Lincoln. + Great to have quick and easy self check-in for the 3 rooms we had booked. Communication was brilliant and response times to queries were fantastic. The location was excellent for walking to pubs/shops and restaurants and a short drive to the Castle and Cathedral. Perfect for our needs. The bed was exceptionally comfortable - the downside being I didn’t want to get up in the morning! The communal lounge area was lovely to sit and chat with the other member of our group in the evening. − The rooms that were at the front of the property are near a very busy road which did affect the sleep for some of my group, although my room at the back of the property was fantastic and I slept amazingly in such a comfy bed. The only other thing was bath towels weren’t the most large but were perfectly fine.

Overnight stay + Shower was good and drink facilities were good and when I needed help getting in i was answered quickly and sounded helpful − Noisy outside, TV wouldn't tune and no mirror light, parking wasn't great either

Enjoyed my stay other than feeling insecure re no-one on sight. Think the gates at courtyard entrance could be closed at + Clean, comfortable, everything you need for a short stay. Lovely hot and powerful shower. − Felt insecure and vulnerable because there was nobody on site.

+ Really lovely place to stay with good location. − I stayed in the room with the external shower and I think it should be clearer on the booking sites that the shower room was down the other side of hallway passed all of the other guest rooms. It was advertised as private but it wasn’t a private bathroom - it was accessible to others and other guests used it. It was occasionally in use when I went to use it. As a lone female I wouldn’t have booked it had I known it wasn’t private or easily accessible from the bedroom and it was very exposing going back and forth in the night with no staff on site. I think thats fine as long as thats made clear when booking. It wasn’t until I recieved my check in code at 5pm on the day that it said where the bathroom was located. The pictures make it look like it is right by the bedroom and describe it as private. There was also no soap or toilet rolls for the duration of the stay.
