+ Rather than above the bar, it was adjacent to the the bar therefore it was very quiet. Within walking distance to the town − 4pm is quite a late check in but I can understand why.

Ideal pub stay + Pleasant pub. No issues. Parking pass handed out right away. Made to feel welcome. Plenty of locals and regulars in the bar going about their business and was lovely to see. Shown to room, access no matter what the hour either through the pub or side entrance. Room was spacious and clean. Good shower facility. No issues for an overnight stay to wander into Lincoln.

Good b&b. + Great location. A little tired in places (curtain pole was hanging off the wall, might have been fixed now) but more than fine for what we needed.

Very welcoming and overall pleasant. + Comfy bed - Staff fantastic and couldn’t do enough - free parking permit for the duration - lots of food goodies. − No shower gels - mould on the ceiling in the bathroom - needs net curtains on the windows for greater privacy as on the ground floor. This didn’t spoil our stay though.

Warm and friendly staff, felt welcomed and the room was comfy and clean. + Good location, only a 5 min walk to the Brayford from the accommodation. The room was comfy, clean and had everything we needed. − Nothing to not like, it suited our needs perfectly.

Lovely room and close to centre, I will stay here again. + I was able to check in earlier than expected and it was very clean and lovely hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. It was only 20mins walk from the centre. − Nothing all was good.
