+ Staff were friendly, nothing was a oroblem for them, I have a medical problem, I had to message before we stayed and it was done before we checked in. − Nothing negitive at all

+ This hotel is excellent. Everything about our stay was just perfect. The staff, the breakfast, the location just 10mins from where it all happens. We would definitely recommend a stay here.. Bed and room was excellent clean and comfortable. − Maybe having to pay for parking. But everything else was just perfect.

Nice abd clean + Found the place to be very clean and near the centre of Lincoln. Had a problem with getting into the room but was quickly solved by the owner. Wasn't the best view from the window but didn't matter.

Good location, discounted parking, clean comfortable room + Good location, but be prepared for a steep climb up to Cathedral, castle, and range of pubs and restaurants. Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast good.

Bom padrão e atendimento rude + Hotel tem o padrão da rede Holiday Inn, com instalações modernas, boa limpeza, cama confortável e bom chuveiro. − O atendente da recepção, chamado Craig, foi muito rude no nosso checkin. O fato de ter que pagar para usar o estacionamento também é um ponto negativo, embora isso já está informado no anúncio, então quem reserva já está ciente do pagamento.

Amazing staff. + I can't remember the staff members name, but she was 10/10 excellent. I can't say enough about how above and beyond she went for us. I do apologise for not remembering her name. She helped with an early book in and help with parking. She was great! − Car park should be free.

We would not return to this hotel + Convenient location and parking. − We thought £30 was an excessive charge for the dog, especially as our dog made no mess and the room was definitely not clean when we arrived. Not quite sure what the £30 charge was for!

It was okay + Location and views are nice. Bed comfortable. − First room was not clean so had to change rooms. Shower was not pleasant due to weak water pressure and going hot and cold. The hand soap was empty and not replaced. Room service on tidying and changing towels etc was okay and didn’t replace milk.
