+ 酒店開業兩星期，仍有些配套需要改良，如花洒只可上下移動而不能調教角度，很落後；整間兩卧房套間只有一盒紙巾供4人用，很不方便。此外，雙人大床近床尾位置有一下陷位，奇怪。但所提供的樽裝水及免費零食則很足夠，令人滿意。開電瓶車的小哥、送生果盤的員工、細心的送餐服務員、詢問我們要不要整理房間的房務員和他們所送的小禮物，均令人舒心，感覺和印象良好，值得讚揚。

+ Hotel was clean, got moved to one of there ynits quite 3ways feom main hotel due to construction. Hotel location is far from anything. So you are stuck eating there. Water temp qas luke warm. So no Hot shower. Maid service was subpar. Room wasnt cleaned several times had to call and complain to the point the desk help acted annoyed. When room service did come to clean they again dud a subpar clean, had to call back for water, and tea. Had problem with alot of mosquitoes so could open the door for fresh air. We ended up checking out a day early even though we had paid for that extra night. No offwr to refund even though we told them we were leaving due to the terrible service. Buffet food was good but dont expect food to be hot. Just luke warm. Had to ask for coffee machin to be turned on. Setting up for breakfast was slow. You would expect a business to be up and running whem they open. But this wasnt the case. We went to 4 points Sheraton in Hong Kong. Much better hotel.

+ 酒店職員服務及態度，其實十分滿意，遺憾地，並非歡迎客人連續入住酒店，今次四日三夜，整理房間一次，房内垃圾需要入住至最後一天，投訴後才會清理，用過水杯不會更換或清洗。
