Convention center hotel by the ocean + Quite an average hotel. Rooms spacious and simple. Views and balconies towards the bay. You can see the lights of the Macao skyline at night. Club lounge serves the basics. Food quite poor. Breakfast at the huge buffet restaurant also not impressive. You can find stuff to eat but the ambiance is awful. Service non existent. Gym has old technogym equipment and is facing the bay. A hotel I would not choose again

Lovely stay + Overall, Sheraton Zhuhai is a lovely hotel. I'm pleased to be upgraded to a suite with balcony as a titanium elite member. The view from our room was breathtaking and definitely worth the stay. It has many modern comforts and even a robot to deliver food for room service. The executive lounge was decent, especially the Chinese food in the evening. Buffet breakfast in the restaurant was also excellent from a Chinese standpoint. This hotel mainly caters for Chinese nationals since most staff only speak Mandarin, although there is always someone at the front desk who can speak English.

+ 登記入住等了很久，感覺人手不能負荷入住高峰時間。外賣到達酒店後送上房間的時候需要半小時，咖啡都已經涼了。房間很熱，空調調校溫度是沒有用的，而且空調出風非常嘈吵。

Wonderful stay + Very solid stay - friendly and efficient checkin. Lobby was so special and plenty of places to sit/chill etc. lovely outside pool space, club room and link to the St Regis next door. Room was massive, well equipped. Bed very comfortable, huge shower and a bath tub with headrest and glass wall if you wanted to watch the TV. Wonderful stay

My honest review of the hotel + Excellent experience. I arrived during the 25th, a day early. I arrived to attend a conference, the rooms are spacious, rates are very good. Amenities are also pretty well The two rooms I booked, all included breakfasts. Breakfast was good. Fried rice, noodles, eggs, lots of options. It was a buffet and I was full after finishing breakfast My room that I stayed in, is spacious. It feels like a suite even though it is just a regular room. My room overlooks the city so the view is great Terrific service as well. When I told me to give me a morning call, they made sure they did and I made sure to thank them Lastly, the gym is pretty good too. 24/7, lots of equipments. I got a great workout in Enjoyed my stay. Not too expensive and is close to the rail station, 18 minute drive. Will come again

+ The room is very clean though there is room for improvement. It'd be great if there is a small bin in the toilet and a shower chair for disabled or the weak. The staff are great, and so is the air-con.
