Good breakfast + Breakfast, outdoor / indoor playground for kids. Room is big. − Disorganized Chek-in process (long wait), bed not large enough.

Enjoyable stay in a quiet hotel close to chimelong + All facilities were good, room was nice, the location is a bit odd it's like someone tried to develop this area but it didn't work out, the mall nearby does have plenty of food, only some of the staff spoke English but everyone tried to be helpful. − The locations isn't the best but there aren't any better hotels closer to the theme parks and at least this was a lot quieter. Club breakfast was stopped because there weren't enough guests. The restaurant downstairs for breakfast is quite narrow and difficult to navigate with a pram.

Like I previously stated, the whole stay was pretty decent. We live the ambiance and overall service + The staff service especially Stephen was very accommodating and helpful! The breakfast was pretty good! Selection was decent. The set up was also pretty good! Accessible to the mall. − There is nothing really.. It was a pleasant stay!

Lovely
Overall satisfied and definitely going back! + We liked how clean the whole environment was. The breakfast spread was okay. Patrons should do their due diligence to come early to avoid queues - reminders were provided. The location was great for us as we aimed to head to the aquarium and the mall next to it was pretty good (probably a hit when it’s fully opened). − A little bit more accessible English movies for non-Chinese speakers. The seafood restaurant in the hotel was a bit of downer - good part was last order timing was reminded BUT they didn’t wait for us to properly finish our meal before shutting the air conditioning. It was boiling hot and I personally didn’t feel like eating even though there were still food.

Excellent! + Very good location, excellent and very friendly/comfortable services, various diversified facilities for all guests and children, wide rooms and convenient connection between; Generally specking: Excellent hotel! − Only the draining system in the bathroom needs to be improved for more fluent draining!
