Great Value and Nice Hotel + The room is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast standard is not bad and there are lots of variety. The location of the hotel is located in a nice new area but are close to the subway. − The red sofa in the room. It doesn't go with the otherwise nice colour scheme. The millwork is worn out and an interior update/refurbishment is about due.

Leave the ac plant on - being too hot wakes you up! + More or less everything but especially the staff and the optional amazing paid buffet breakfast, outstanding. − AC plant turned off at night so woken in a pool of sweat about 3am..

Superb + I liked the fact the staff went out of their way to show me to the nearest convenience store. They were friendly and accommodating. The room they offered me was also an upgrade with a seaview. The breakfast also offered a wide range of foods from the region.

+ View the f the harbor was nice, hotel was clean and rooms well appointed. The breakfast was good and had various dishes for both Western and Eastern palates. − The air conditioning was in and out. At night even when adjusted for the lowest temperature, room was humid and I was sweating in bed, so sleep was often interrupted.

Very bad, please dont book this hotel + 早餐多選擇 − 前台员工态度敷衍无礼，问他们问题都是随便回答。问一位前台打车的位置在哪里，他指示的位置是错的，让我们叫车叫了很久，滴滴都找不到位置。 连发票都出错了, 我常常到内地公干都没有遇过这么不专业的前台。不是一个前台是这样, 是我遇到3-4个前台都是态度不是想帮住客解决问题 而且在电梯有人吸烟, 没有人管理... 酒店房有些毛巾是旧到脱线... 以上这些不好体验对得住这个价格吗? 对万怡以后是没有任何信心了 唯一满意是早餐, 因为早餐是由万豪提供的 The front desk staff had a very perfunctory and rude attitude. Whenever we asked them questions, they gave careless answers. When we asked one front desk staff member where to get a taxi, he pointed us to the wrong location, causing us to wait a long time to request a ride. Didi couldn’t even find our location. Even the invoice was issued incorrectly. I frequently travel to mainland China for business and have never encountered such an unprofessional front desk. It wasn’t just one person—out of the 3–4 front desk staff I dealt with, all had attitudes that showed no intention of helping guests solve problems. Comfortable 2-night stay is a typical Courtyard. + The hotel is a part of a Marriot Hotel complex with two hotels in the same building. The Marriot and the Courtyard Marriot. I arrived through the Marriot Hotel entrance which looks grand. This leaves a very good impression. The Courtyard Marriot entrance and reception is, well, very Courtyard Marriot. The rooms fine and comfortable, but the pillows are not as good as you'd get in a Marriot. My room had a lovely view over the bay. The hotels share the breakfast restaurant, which was very good but packed. There are restaurants just outside the hotel. Overall a good business hotel. − Nothing is particular.
