Good + Facilities, cleannesses − The doorman don’t help to unload the luggage when enter the hotel, and delivered to my room. I need to manage to handle the luggage trolley to my room. This is awful and not expected in a hotel under that brand of Hilton.

Mixed Impressions + Overall, the hotel stay was average. Most aspects were acceptable, though not particularly outstanding. One notable issue was the behavior of some guests — for example, someone was smoking in the lobby during my stay, which was unpleasant and surprisingly, no one stopped him. There was also a noticeable odor in the room upon arrival. It wasn’t very pleasant at first. However, I eventually got used to it after the first night. While the stay was manageable, a bit more attention to cleanliness and air quality would certainly improve the experience.
