+ Location and staff − Booked this hotel as it had a rooftop swimming pool for our last few days in Vietnam the lift only went to the floor below the swimming pool then you had to go up the rusty fire escape pool was dirty as surrounding area

Much better places to stay in Hanoi probably for a cheaper price. But not a bad place. + Great location. Lovely staff. Decent price. − Breakfast very basic. Swimming pool looked pretty unclean. Said rooftop bar but not there. Gym & sauna being used as storage rooms. Aircon wasn’t great.

+ The only good thing is the reception area and staff had great customer service − The size of the rooms were small not good for family with kids , one of the rooms had mould in the shower windows , the pull was on the roof top and you had to walk up by stairs not the lift.
