Great central location and lovely staff + Excellent location — right in the middle of everything, with the Old Quarter and most of the main sights within walking distance, which saved us a lot of time and transport every day. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly with anything we asked for. Great value for money overall, and an easy recommendation for anyone who wants to be central in Hanoi. − The room struggled to cool down — even with the air conditioning on full and the fan running, it stayed warm. Other than that, nothing negative to report.

Overall fantastic + Breakfast was awesome, exceeded our expectation. Location was good. But the locality was ok. − The room was not soundproof, especially if your room is near elevator, you will hear noise time and again.

The facilities were well thought out and suited our stay quite well + The room had everything we normally needed, and the shared facilities were easy enough to use. I liked that things were practical rather than there just for decoration. We could settle in quickly and didn’t have to spend much time asking about how anything worked. There were also enough useful amenities that we never really felt something was missing. It made the stay more straightforward, especially when we were coming back after a long day outside. Nothing stood out in a flashy way, but everything was there when we needed it.

We enjoyed the stay and slept well + I liked how quiet the hotel was. We hardly heard any traffic, which was nice after spending time in the busy parts of the city. The beds were big and comfortable, and there was enough space for us to stay with young children. There were also quite a few restaurants nearby, so finding somewhere to eat was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall, we had a comfortable and quiet stay.
