Super zentrale Lage .Ruhig und komfortabel. + Sehr zentral gelegen.Gross und komfortabel.Sehr sauber.Modern eingerichtet. − Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr gering.Abends wurde das Wasser nicht warm.

Great apartments in a great location. + We booked 2 nights at the Hong Gia Tue Apartments and the pre arrival communications by WhatsApp were excellent. On arrival we were greeted by Li and her very friendly and efficient team. Li is an amazing host. Nothing is too much trouble, she’s always keen to help with advice and recommendations. We were quickly signed in and shown up to our room. We had booked a studio apartment and were pleasantly surprised to be told the room had been upgraded to two room apartment. Room 301 is on the front of the building with the bedroom overlooking the street. The soundproofing was excellent with no discernible road noise. This is the first location in 9 weeks of travelling where we’ve Not needed earplugs to sleep. The apartment is beautifully decorated and well appointed with a fridge freezer, washer / tumble drier, clothes rail, aircon, table & chairs, sofa and two large TVs. Best experience so far. + Le was exceptional as a manager. She went above and beyond. My partner had a broken foot and Le even offered to send out for food so that I could enjoy Hanoi for the week we stayed. I am definitely going back to only that Apartment. 1 to 10 scale…an easy 15+. − Everything was perfect, daily towels, water and toilet tissue. Full kitchen, everything was great. Plenty of eating spots surround the area.

How good is Hanoi ! + Ideal location. Easy walking to all attractions in and near the Old Quarter, and both lakes. Room on 8th floor was quiet , clean and comfortable. ALL staff were always cheerful adding to a great 6 nights in Hanoi. − Hot water to 8th floor took its time to get there, but you have to remember where you are! I guess it’s all part of the charm.

+ -Good size of apartment to relax in - Bed and pillows were comfortable - Not super close to the old quarter but was nice and quiet as a result − -The bathroom and the shower area were not very good. The water in the shower did not warm up unfortunately

I really enjoyed my stay the staff was friendly, the apartment was spacious and clean, + I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, which made everything easy and comfortable. The apartment itself was spacious and well-designed, giving me plenty of room to relax. The location was also a big plus—very convenient and close to everything I needed. On top of that, the place was clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more pleasant.

+ A really nice apartment, everything was okay! The staff was very kind and helpful, we felt very good there. AC was working, there was hot water, comfortable bed, working WiFi, clean sheets and towels. I recommend it! − I didn't like the style of the interior but it is just a personal preference.

Hong Gia Tue Apartment is a wonderful place to stay; close to old town, very clean & comfortable. + The Hong Gia Tue Apartment was a great apartment. It was very spacious and had a wonderful layout. The balcony was a decent size and the sliding doors provide plenty of sunshine. The apartment was clean, very comfortable from the bed to the couch and even the dining chairs were comfortable for sitting. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. − There was nothing we didn't like. The only suggestion I could make is to provide a few additional utensils in case residents wanted to cook at the apartment.
