A little ripper - a private and peaceful oasis! + This property is a little gem. If you are after complete peace and privacy this is your place. We’ve tried it all - privately owned villas, luxury hotels etc in Bali. We preferred this option and would return in a heartbeat. The Staff are exceptionally friendly but also give you your space. Breakfast is yummy and plentiful. Being a boutique hotel you also have the option of having breakfast delivered to your room if you don’t feel like sitting @ the restaurant which is something that the high end hotels do not offer. − As other reviewers have suggested this a boutique hotel that ticks all of the boxes for giving you want you need. It is not a luxury or five star hotel and shouldn’t be marketed as such so that people are not disappointed. It is definitely worth a four star rating and provides bucket loads of charm.

Amazing service, beautiful bliss environment and friendly service. + This place is a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. The villas are comfortable and the main swimming pool is bliss. − There were mosquitos that seemed to get into our place at night.

Great location and lovely restaurant! + The staff, service and food were excellent! Could not fault it! − The villa was very stylish although would have expected a water cooler in villa for the nightly rate we were paying. The pool was very cold so we did not use it as much. Our villa was mostly in the shade so no sunlight. there was no complimentary shuttle to the airport for the high nightly rate we were paying.

Extremely relaxing with comfortable bed and surroundings. The villa was so big with lounge area and day bed type couche + The location as was in 10 minutes walking distance to flea market,Seminyak Village and the other way Sunset Beach. A big mention must go to the pool as absolutely stunning. − Sorry but the restaurant was not good at all especially for dinner with my calamari being not cooked on satay sauce which was more peanut butter in a small bowl.Breakfast was included but after a couple of days went to local coffee cafe just outside the gates. As wanted açai bowl type start to day which wasn’t an option.
