+ The pool was great and the sound system was linked between the rooms and outside which we enjoyed. Despite what we saw in the pictures online, when we got to our room we could the Villa probably looked great 10 years ago but management clearly hasn't been keeping up with the maintenance. Rusty fixtures, leaking whirlpool bathtub didn't hold water, doors brackets not holding up to name a few. We frequently got dirty towels and stained Napkins (for breakfast), room floors were never really cleaned (we had foot stains from day 1 in the washroom that were still there when we left). We let a lot of stuff go when it comes to hotels but for the price we paid here we expected much better and we heard similar feedback from others who stayed here. Not a bad stay by any means, the staff were very friendly and did their best but management needs to invest some money to bring this hotel back up to standard.

Pretty decent stay + Was a great experience staying in the 3room villas. Villa was decently maintained but you will be able to see that things are starting to chip off a little. Service was good but inconsistent eg bedroom slippers were issued but not to all rooms, and slippers were recycled from previous use and missing towels in one of the rooms. Still, I managed to get the call the front desk to get them all fixed within a short period of time. Kuddos to the quick service recovery. Location was pretty near Seminyak Village - walking distance and there’s a great eating place in front of the villa.

Average + Overall service is good. However room for improvement for the cleanliness. Towel is not clean, can see there are stains. No turn down service. Breakfast can be improved. Location is very good though there is no review. but within 5 mins walk, you will be able to get beach view. right beside kudeta.

+ Location of Villas convenient for beach access and less than 5 min walk to heart of seminyak, Overall property is in need off some minor repairs but overall a fair standard ,the 3 bed villa we stayed had plenty of space. The staff were pleasant and helpful when we required assistance or had a query. Certainly reccomend staying value for money

Superb service and experience + Overall stay is excellent. All the staffs are very friendly and welcoming. They usually work in a small group of 2 to 3 people and so efficiency is superb. Only thing is the villa really need some good maintenance especially all the sliding doors. It was very strenous for us to open each door every time. And, must must get their breakfast, is really sumptuous and every morning we enjoyed the various variety of breakfast choices. Stayed with a 14mth baby and they accomodated to our request with a high chair and baby cot and even gifted my baby 2 bottles of Aqua water for him. Is really heartwarming and we couldnt bear to leave. Will definitely come back again the next time we visit Bali. THANK YOU

+ Not normally one to review a place badly but we don't want anyone else to go through a ruined holiday experience as we did. Place was severely run down despite charging a decent amount of money. We were booked for a week but didn't even stay 1 night but we were luckily refunded our money minus 1 night (after several attempts on the phone/email with c151 and expedia) Don't think we are the first by the sounds of it. Couldn't find a reception for check in or call anyone either Couldn't see how anyone could give this place a good review at all The villa photos look great on all of the sites but must have been from a fair while ago Nothing smart about these villas at all , steer clear altogether unless the place gets a full renovation Take this place off your site expedia

+ The staff were absolutely wonderful and very courteous, they responded promptly to any questions or inquiries. The Villas looked amazing in pictures but had a-lot of issues. The doors jammed frequently and didn’t lock. The TV didn’t have any channels that worked properly, the beds, sofa, kitchen and bathrooms were dirty and perhaps needs better cleaning methods.
