Great place to stay + I stayed in the Grand Sheraton and is an excellent hotel. There is a fantastic range of food for breakfast to cater for all. The rooms were very comfortable and lots of space. The hotel has a number of entrances into the mall which is very convenient. There is a nice bar on the ground floor and the staff were excellent. Very friendly and willing to help me at any time.

Got twin beds for single person! Silly! + This is my favourite hotel in Jakarta. Everything is good, the location, the staff, the room. Special mention for the breakfast which always has great Indian choices. − This time I was a bit disappointed while booking the room. I noticed that for a single person if I booked the room with twin beds, it is cheaper than booking the same room with 1 big bed. So I ended up as a single person in a twin bedded room. When I stayed earlier last year this was not the case. I just get a feeling that the hotel is trying to make an extra buck like this. Hopefully they change this policy.

incredible family stay! + it was a great visit. the room was prepared right on time and there was a surprise interior for our room since we visited the hotel to celebrate my birthday. all the staff were so kind and always be ready to greet you wherever you are in the hotel. they allowed us access to sheraton club as a gift to our celebration and the club was fantastic with all the food and the drinks including the wines. their nasi goreng buntut was so good! on top of that they celebrated my birthday in the club, thank you! the location of the hotel is perfect, in the same area with the gandaria city mall with a direct access. for sure will come back again for more family celebrations.

Great Sheraton hotel + We are staying at the hotel for a month, and the staff are all wonderful. In particular, *Fikri* from the club lounge is so kind and helpful that he has truly been the main reason our family has such a great impression of the Sheraton.
