overal satisfied stay + I had a very pleasant stay at Veranda Hotel in Jakarta. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, which made it a nice place to relax after a busy day in the city. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. I also appreciated the good service and the convenient location. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would be happy to come back again. I would also recommend Veranda Hotel to others visiting Jakarta. − One area that could be improved is the Wi-Fi connection, especially in the room. It worked, but at times it could be stronger and more stable. However, this did not affect my overall positive experience, and I was still very satisfied with my stay.

Splendid Hotel with such a great variety foods. Surely will be back. + The safety feeling and the bedding is so high - it’s like king’s bedding - sleep comfortably. − Only when you are swimming so many people sitting and eating can see you swims.

12 out of 10! + The room is clean and comfy. The hospitality is excellent. Location is also good—close to Gandaria, Mayestic etc. Overall my family and I really enjoyed our stay here − The traffic in the area can be congested especially on the weekdays. Alternatively, I’d recommend riding gojek, tuktuk or walking (if its nearby)

My Summer default hotel + It’s been 3 consecutive years staying in this hotel. I love how flexible they are with gofood (online take away) and all the staff that are super helpful and friendly. Their veranda is the icon, too bad it’s also a smoking area. Otherwise I’d love to spend more time there. Pro tip: ask for a room with pool view, it’s less noisy. − People smoking at the Veranda, guests who leave their trash outside the door
