Clean,quiet and friendly + Well maintained and clean. Breakfast good. Room facing internal courtyard is quiet. Friendly and helpful reception including Ms Janah and Mr Agung. Water dispenser in corridor reduces plastic waste.

Great stay + I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located near Blok M. The location is great and makes it easy to access nearby shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Special thanks to the receptionist, Elza, Devi and Jannah who was professional, kind, and very supportive from check-in to check-out. Her positive attitude really made a difference. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
