Safety issue with room + The complaint should be taken seriously when there is a risk of health and wellbeing of others. This is a formal letter. As previously stated in my email previously, you have no right in taken money from my account when standards have not been meet. The room Temperature was not safe and was a risk to me and my partner. It doesn’t matter if they had air conditioning. The room had to be safe and it wasn’t for me to be sick due to the heat clearly shows it was not safe. As I mention earlier I believe I head heat stroke and had to leave the room and my partner aswell. It wasn’t safe to return to stay at the room what’s I requested to cancel the room. A full refund should be provided . We raised a complaint with reception staff and the Opodo. I am stocked that both the hotel and agency so the room Was suitable at over 35-40 degrees. There was a cheap pain that blew hot air around the room. A cooling fan would have been more suitable, using an excuse that the h…
