Cumplidor + La ubicación es inmejorable y la atención de todo el personal muy atentos! La habitación y baños son espaciosos. − La limpieza de la habitación es muy superficial, se inunda el baño cada vez que te duchas y no reponen la totalidad de las toallas, siempre fue el 50% .

We enjoyed our stay! + The breakfast was very good. Although the dinning area was a little cramped. On the Sunday (which was very busy) there was only one member of staff serving and she was very rushed but she did a great job! − The fire alarm sounded two mornings in a row at the same time. On the first morning we vacated the room along with other guests. There were no members of staff checking to see if people were going outside. The one member of staff was already outside. On the second morning we looked out the window and there was just one guest and a member of staff outside. By the time we got ready to go out, the alarm had stopped. The receptionist told us the alarm had sounded because someone was smoking in a room. This seems somewhat of a coincidence that it happened at the same time two days running.

Lovely hotel with comfortable room in the heart of Paris + Very good location in a quiet street of Paris. We appreciated the free coffee and tea down at the lobby too! The reception was very accommodating and friendly too! − We had an issue with the shower being clogged. It was just a bit stressful as it was in the morning before we checked out. But we talked to the receptionist and managed to sort out everything.
