I will recommend this trip to anyone. + I really liked working with Annie in helping coordinate various aspects of the trip (answer questions, arranging transportation to the airport after the cruise, providing payment links). Without her help, I think it would have been a bit more difficult to make arrangements. − The transportation from cruise to the airport made an unexpected stop to a location to try to sell us stuff. As we were in a rush to get an earlier flight, this stop was not welcomed and we were not informed even after Annie confirmed it would be a direct trip straight to the airport. Also, I tried to book directly on your website, but for some reason, the booking request never went through. I had to go through booking.com to complete the reservation.

Value for money & a must do + The cruise was clean & the rooms were very comfortable. The staff were as exceptionally courteous. A special shout out to Vi at the restaurant. I was travelling with my parents who are vegetarian & I must say that the Indian vegetarian food on the cruise was the best that I had on my entire trip in Vietnam.

Lovely crew, spectacular location + The people were amazing, the location is great. In order to enjoy the beauty without crowds it makes sense to stay two nights. − The manager as from second day. This is not about my issue with him, that he tried to solve. I don’t like how he treats the staff who are super nice, knowledgeable and do a really great job.

Crucero perfecto de lujo + Todo genial, la comida y la cena espectaculares, las excursiones, lo único que por el tiempo que estás ahí vas a golpe de pito, merece la pena la experiencia, la bebida la cena se pagan aparte no son caras te dan agua en la habitación, contraté el servicio de recogida en Hanoi directo al barco por medio de ellos. − Si no quieres ir corriendo saltate una actividad la del calamar porque es a las 11 de la noche y aprovecha el camarote y las vistas
