Zdecydowanie za drogo do oferowanych w cenie uslug! + Statek jest dobrze wyposażony, kajuty wygodne, czyste i w miarę ciche. Organizacja rezerwacji, zakwaterowania, odpowiedzi na dodatkowe pytania bardzo sprawnie i szybko. Miły kontakt z obsługą. − Stosunek jakości do ceny jest zdecydowanie nieadekwatny. Personel się stara, ale jedzenie jest marnej jakości, a do posiłków nawet woda jest dodatkowo płatna… a atrakcje… no cóż… odwiedziny „jaskiń”, z których jedna okazała się małą zatoką a drugiej nie było wcale, bo warunki pogodowe nie pozwalały jej zobaczyć… nic zamiast :( cooking class na otwartym pokładzie przy 12 stopniach… 4 osoby wytrzymały 10 minut… kolejna atrakcja dnia następnego - kajaki 25 minut o 7 rano dookoła zacumowanwgo statku przy 12 stopniach na dworze… serio? Oferowane atrakcje powinny być dostosowane do panujących warunków pogodowych :( Nigdy więcej :(

+ We had a wonderful experience with Rita Cruise in Halong Bay! We travelled as a family of 2 adults and one 11-year-old child, and everything exceeded our expectations. The ship is beautifully designed, very clean, and extremely cozy. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, perfect for a family stay. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom modern, and the balcony views were simply breathtaking. The 2 days / 1 night program was very well organized, kayaking, swimming in the pool and relaxing on the sundeck. The scenery of Halong Bay is absolutely magical, and the cruise allowed us to enjoy it in a calm and premium atmosphere. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were attentive, professional, and always smiling, making us feel very welcome. A special thank you to LUNA LINH, who arranged the trip for us.
