Stay at the beach part if you can + We paid for an upgrade to beachfront studio and then beachfront king room, both beautiful rooms and it made our trip to wake up to the sunset and listen to the waves, being close to the beach and the hotel facilities there. The free bikes were great to get around the hotel. Nice that you can freely use facilities and go between all hotels in the complex (incl Rosewood, Fairmont and Banyan Tree). We felt Andaz had the best beachfront facilities, though. − There is a lagoon part and a beach part of the hotel and they are very far, so a bit of a project to move around, but there is golf cart service and free bikes. We were not overwhelmed by the restaurants. All staff were nice except in Tinto de pulpo where the service would vary a lot from nice to borderline rude, and breakfast caused some issues with our billing as we are asked to sign for the cost even if it is included, but we checked the bill at check out and three errors (out of four days) were …

Même si c’est un gros hôtel, ils ont su nous faire oublier la masse de monde. Donc je recommande cet établissement + Après un souci dans la première chambre, l équipe a été ultra réactive et a pu nous transférer en nous surclassant ! Vraiment parfait et merci à eux . Les jardins sont spendides et les ruelles dans la mangrove en vélo c est top !

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. What else you need? + Private location and clean rooms. Staff very friendly. − Breakfast restaurant was kind of small for the amount of people. Buffet options was limited. I went there so I can play golf with my friends but the hotel price seems too high for me.

Très bien + Très belle établissement nous avons adoré notre séjour c’est un Hôtel qui se situe au sein du complexe Mayakoba, qui est un complexe génial au groupe en quatre hôtels avec un ensemble d’équipement très bien. La literie et bonne tout les équipements sont un peu vieillissant, mais dans tous les cas, l’hôtel rentre en rénovation à partir du 1er mars 2025 donc je suis sur à sa réouverture, il sera au top du top. Piscine ensoleillé toute la journée et la plage au top le personnel nettoie quotidiennement la plage pour qu’elle sois bien jolie une très belle vue Le complexe a tous les équipements adéquate pour passer un séjour de rêves Pour tous les clients hésitant à y aller, je vous conseille à 100 % d’y aller vous n’allez pas le regretter − Le personnel par moment il ne se sentait pas concerné par nos demandes et limite on les gener. ( exemple, nous demandons la voiturette pour aller au lobby au Téléphone audio Ok. Une fois qu’on descend en bas il n’y a personne pend…

+ The installation is great and the personal as well. − However, the beach has suffered significant erosion and it is invaded by seaweed that gives a bad smell. In short the beach is unusable. I would not recommend it if you want a beach holiday. The other aspect is when you get sick the house doctor wants you to visit the hospital so you get overcharged.

great resort in an amazing location - get ready to feel relaxed and well taken care of. + Rooms are beautifully designed, right out of a magazine cover. The property is breathtaking. With new manager Patrick Schori at the helm, this property is only going to get better. Patrick introduced himself to us and was keen to get feedback on how best they could enhance our experience. We had eating concerns led by Rosario and her team diego, Krystal and Cheg, they took care of our concerns, going above and beyond what you would normally expect. this is what you get when you stay here - service that goes over and beyond and a propery that is trulu breath taking.
