Not so great + Staff and service from staff was excellent great customer service restaurant and good selection of food − Hall ways where dirty carpets needs changing as it's been same carpet 20 years or more by looks of it the room had a terrible smell to it which gives you a headache, rooms carpets need changing, Needs modernisation for 5 * hotel it's running on 3* standard it seriously need to improve throughout or don't charge 5* prices

Overall very pleasant experience and definitely a number one choice in Karachi + The overall hospitality and warm nature of all the staff is second to none. Besides the welcoming ambience, the state-of-the art infrastructure and the comfort of the rooms; the staff is what stood out for me. Mention worthy are the reception and welcoming staff including AliAkber, Shyrel, Muiza and Taniyah; the helpful fitness club staff Amna, the housekeeping staff Faizan and Reihaan and the overall very well spoken concierge Zeeshan. They made the overall experience very worthy and pleasant. − There were some continuous electricity fluctuations lasting less than a second which did not disrupt much technically, unless you are watching TV where time to time it would switch off and need you to re-navigate to the channel or station.
