Very Disappointing Stay – Far Below the Standards Expected from Avari + I had high expectations before booking this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I had requested a king-size bed, but instead, two single beds were pushed together, leaving a large gap in the middle. This made sleeping very uncomfortable. When I requested a room change, I was informed that no rooms were available, and no alternative solution was offered. The room itself was not properly maintained. The bathroom drainage was very poor, and after taking a shower, water overflowed from the bathroom into the room. This is something I would not expect from a hotel of this reputation. The biggest disappointment was our dinner at the Sky Café. While we were dining, it suddenly started raining. Surprisingly, there was no contingency plan or proper alternative arrangement for guests. Excellent Hospitality and Friendly Reception Staff + I had a great experience at Avari Towers Hotel. The reception staff Ms.Rashana & others were very cooperative, polite, and welcoming. Their excellent service made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Avari experience + Over all we had good experience. Vinay and Sham has been very helpful in executive lounge. The snacks were fresh but limited varity.

Overall STAY is pleasant, Staff is good & Breakfast & POOL side offered our Kids ENJOYED + room is QUIET fine & view is also good..... BREAKFAST is excellent considering ARABIC , ENGLISH & LOCAL food items − - Guest receiving at ENTRANCE suppose to be some welcoming & guiding person as taking our belongings byself towards such HOTEL premisis doesnt seems GOOD for the level of HOTEL we booked - another SERVICES / COMPLIMENTRY items comes under booking must share in clear, so that GUEST will avail the services offered intime
