+ Great hotel in a great location - if you’re flying from Christchurch airport of course… Only negative - receptionist was surly and unfriendly. Not only at check in but on departure too. Question for her - why are you in a hospitality role?

Nice + The overnight stay was fine. Had an early flight in the morning and location was excellent. Room was great, beds were very comfortable. Had dinner at the Exchange - was nice $30 Parking even though we stayed the night and had dinner there...free if we'd just gone for dinner!!

+ Large room with comfortable king size bed. Aeroplane noise is a problem. Ear plugs should be supplied. A blanket as well as a duvet would help overcome “overheating” from a combination of the duvet and air-conditioning. Staff were excellent as was the restaurant facility.
