+ Gostei muito da minha estadia no LyLo Christchurch Airport. Tudo estava muito limpo e bem organizado, e a equipe foi extremamente hospitaleira, atenciosa e prestativa. Depois de uma viagem longa e cansativa, eles gentilmente permitiram que eu entrasse antes do horário do check-in para que eu pudesse descansar. Essa atenção fez toda a diferença e foi algo que realmente valorizei. A localização também é excelente, com fácil acesso ao transporte público e uma estação bem ao lado do hotel. Um dos detalhes que mais gostei foi a máquina de café gratuita. Eles oferecem cafés excelentes, alguns dos melhores que experimentei durante toda a minha viagem! Também disponibilizam snacks gratuitos pela manhã, o que foi uma ótima surpresa. No geral, foi uma experiência excelente, com muita limpeza, ótima localização, uma equipe muito hospitaleira e várias pequenas atenções que fizeram a diferença. Recomendo muito o LyLo Christchurch Airport!

Good location but not very comfortable and window didn't shut properly + Helpful staff and location − Rather uncomfortable bed and the window in our room not sealing properly which made it noisy and drafty.

+ Very helpful friendly staff, and a nice view in the main Hall. − There was a lot of food in thr fridge that was left for too long. It was being cleaned while I was there. I am not complaining but - for the record - that sort of thing should be settled earlier.
