Trip to Mexico + The resort was great with impeccable service. Raul Gomez assisted me with mobility from one place to another. He assured a wheelchair was available to me at all times. Great time! + Great food. Great time. Jeronimo and Nicolas were excellent. Great with the kids too. Xochiquetzal was a top-notch babysitter when we went out without the kids, and they really seemed to like her.

Book the trip! + We loved our time at Grand Vellas. The resort was clean, the staff was professional, personable and provided top notch service. Abraham at the ambassador pool swim up bar was outstanding. Our concierge Nicholas was already ready and willing to help with whatever we needed. The food was outstanding. Luca was by far our favorite.

Alberto made the trip spectacular! + Came with good friends for five days. The resort did not disappoint. It is beautiful and well kept. The staff absolutely elevated the experience. Alberto, our pool assistant at the Ambassador section, could not have been better. Great friendly service, met our requests flawlessly and learned our preferences early on. There was great food everywhere on the resort. Housekeeping staff kept the room in tip top shape at all times. Mrs Traveler needed to use the on site medical staff for a minor issue. Doctor made a housecall to our room. No hassle at all. Concierge was able to anticipate needs and help. The only disappointment of the trip was to relentless seaweed on the beach. Made the beach unusable during our visit. We would visit again.

Loved staying here! + Loved the overall experience we had here! The location was not far from the airport. Our room had a great view of the sea and the main pool, it was super close to get to everything we needed while we were here. The cleanliness of the place was great. The service was amazing while we were here, if we needed something we were able to get it quickly.

You won’t regret it. + Where do I start? First off special thank you for the staff but especially Diana and Antonio! The staff and resort was top notch. Everyone was so happy and pleasant. It truly made my family feel welcomed. We will come back but with more of my family next time. Thank you so much!

Wonderful people & a beautiful resort + The Grand Velas is a beautiful resort. It was very clean & the beds were very comfortable. I was impressed with the staff. They were so friendly and helpful, hard- working and kind: the ladies in the gift shops, the shuttle workers, the staff at the restaurants, and especially Alfonso & Braulio, our concierges, who were so kind and gracious to us and were always available to guide us in anything we needed. I enjoyed eating breakfast at Azul. We went early so it wasn't so humid, and we could eat outside. The food was incredible: you could try something new or stick to foods you are familiar with. There were so many delicious choices. I really liked the fresh orange juice and the fresh pineapple. Again, the wait staff were super nice and attentive. Group Business Trip + I came with a group of 55 people. I was the head trip organizer for our group and from start to finish the trip was next level amazing! The only other time I can recall receiving hospitality and service comparable was at the Four Seasons Tented Camp in Thailand. By far the BEST service I have ever received out of all of my (probably) 20 visits and different resorts each trip. Our two room concierge’s Jeranamo & Nicolas went out of their way each day to please us and help us with any questions we had along with even giving us sunscreen to borrow. They were phenomenal! Another phenomenal thing about Grand Velas is the dining!!!! The fact that they have a Michelin Starred restaurant that’s included with your stay is incredible! The restaurants Cocina De Autor and Sen Lin were amazing. I brought our group of 55 people for a private dinner at Lucca and it was absolutely delicious with our of this world service. Grand Velas with Alonzo + What a beautiful resort. The staff were amazing and paid close attention to every detail! The food and drinks were delicious. Would recommend the spa to anyone looking for a little extra relaxation. We could not have asked for a better personal concierge than Alfonzo! He went above and beyond to take care of any needs we had and it was fun talking to him everyday! We were here for a work retreat but he made it feel like we were on our honeymoon!

Napa Trip + Your persons Diana and Antonio, Went above and beyond to help us while we stayed at the resort. When I ever I need anything they were prompt and friendly. The other day since I was asking everyday for tea and let he Diana was bring this to me or having it brought to me. This morning was my fault. I forgot to ask for more letche and Diana was off. Antonio this morning saved the day. I’m a tea drinker and he was like less than 5 mins coming with the letche so I could get ready and have tea prior to my departure. Your employees were awesome.!! Amazing stay at the Grand Velas Riviera Maya + Our stay at the Grand Velas Riviera Maya was amazing! The property was beautiful, the rooms were comfortable and private and the amenities were amazing! The spa was relaxing and recharging. The food was exceptional and every restaurant that we visited was lovely. We didn’t have a single bad experience. But what really made it an amazing experience was our Concierge, Luis Meza. He was beyond helpful! He was always available and responsive. He took every request and made it happen in a very timely manner. He was the absolute best!!

Once in a lifetime! + My husband and I visited in June 2026 on a business trip. Upon arrival my Concierge Raul Gomez Gutierrez made sure we were welcome and all if our luggage was secured to our room. This gave us time to look around. Day 2 we ventured to the pool deck at the Zen where Angel and Johnny took amazing care to see to every need. Going above and beyond exceptional service! Providing iced beverages, cool towels and face mists. They even managed to get us special frozen non alcoholic mango drinks from the bar! These 2 men worked very hard and were extremely busy, they had smiles and warm greetings delivered with respect to us and everyone else we witnessed. Our room attendants to which I didn't get their names were AMAZING! These ladies catered to every request from bath bombs to chocolates. Simply superb service. The BEST experience ever! + Grand Velas Resort is sooo beautiful! From the moment we got there the staff treated us like royalty! Our personal concierge Leonardo was amazing! He was always replying to my messages right away, booking us spa appointments. Sending us daily calendar for activities! My kids traveled with thier stuffies and every time they cleaned our room they set up the stuffies in fun different ways. The last day he surprised them with a Grand Velas monkey stuffed animal with a chef uniform. My kids loved that gift! We had the best experience! We stayed at the Zen lobby and that lobby is beautiful! All the staff all over the place were so nice. My kids loved the teen and kids club! The pools are phenomenal. The restaurants were perfect! There is so much to say! I would recommend a stay here! Thank you everybody at Grand Velas and especially our personal concierge Leonardo!
