Staff and meals were great, our view was of several older homes and some trees.The garage was scary + Breakfast was great and way better than I had anticipated. Dining room for dinner was nice but a larger selection would have helped − Parking was TERRIBLE. We were almost wrecked by a truck leaving as we turned down to the garage. Garage was very small and I was afraid to leave the car for fear it would be wrecked

Great! + Location was great, good area, close to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park also walking distance to Notting Hill. Transportation is also really convenient going to the center either with Tube or buses going to Piccadilly Circus etc. Our room was spacious and clean, facing backwards so really quiet. − Nothing

+ Great breakfast buffet which myself and my 5 year old daughter enjoyed. Lego at reception for children to keep was a nice touch. − Very dated room with brown silicone in the bathroom. Shower was raised so my head was touching the ceiling (I am 6ft).

Was nice but wouldn’t return. Staff were amazing. + Close to everything − The bath was gross, wouldn’t want to bathe in it. Had no pool.
