Overall not bad but could do better with regards to facilities + Location − Facilities were not so good especially the beddings

+ Hotel was lovely and clean, very comfortable and spacious rooms. Breakfast was fantastic, great range on offer. − The only thing we didn't like were the bathroom doors. They were a push/pull fitting so were very noisy to open and close especially during the night.

Bellissima vacanza senza pioggia, così ci ha permesso di visitare tanto. + La posizione va benissimo , vicino alla metropolitana con la linea rossa . Personale gentile e disponibile alle informazioni. Camera pulita, grandezza nella norma, Non abbiamo preso la prima colazione.

Ottima posizione, non tanto la pulizia + La struttura è vicinissima alla stazione della metro di Shepherd's Bush. Ci sono molti posti dove mangiare ed è anche a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale Westfield White City. − La struttura in sé è bella ma i servizi non vanno bene, la pulizia è avvenuta solo parzialmente. L'unica cosa che veniva pulita era il WC, per il resto la doccia, il lavandino e il pavimento in camera non sono mai stati puliti. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani possono essere cambiati a richiesta.

il soggiorno è stato confortevole. Aggiungerei l'aria condizionata + Colazione buona, molto varia, copriva praticamente tutti i gusti, ma la la parte salata/ english breakfast era sempre particolarmente fresca. Aggiungerei qualche torta per irrobustire la colazione dolce/continentale − Ho trovato, in alcuni giorni, i pancakes duri.
