Overall good experience. Would go back. + The room was very comfortable and well equipped , the building felt safe, and it was right by a tram stop so it was easy to get into the city. − Because it was right outside a tram stop it could get kind of loud at times (during the night) if you had the windows open.

Modern, clean and accessible + Positive experience with this self check in hotel. Wifi coverage is available when standing outside the hotel, allowing access to the hotel app to unlock main lobby doors to enter the hotel once the digital keys are available in the app on your smartphone. Easy and convenient public transportation right in front of the hotel and various convenience stores, supermarkets and eateries nearby. Rooms and amenities are modern and common areas are very neat and clean. Hosts are helpful and cleaning crew is efficient. Would definitely come back again in the future. − Room cleaning is only once a week, else you have to book and pay for more frequent cleaning. Maybe complimentary room cleaning twice a week would be a better compromise, after which additional cleaning requests then become payable. There should be clearer guidance on: (i) on how to access rooms / the hotel lobby through the smartphone app when the wifi goes out, as happened due to a 'rare' power cu…

For solo traveler 10/10 would stay again. + I liked the convenience of having the kitchen. I liked the mechanism for moving part of the kitchen to make more space for the bed. I liked the common flat on the 9th floor and the view from there. I liked how clean and fresh everything was. I liked the AC. − The door to the bathroom is clear see through glass. There is a curtain which separates from the main apartment which means it's somewhat acceptable privacy when sharing with another person Didn't bother me as I was traveling solo.

+ Pleasant staff who were very quick to sort out a small maintenance issue in my apartment. It was a small space but very cleverly laid out so that everything was easily accessible. − It would have been good to have a note in the room telling me where to get more basic supplies (toilet paper etc). However, when I finally asked why this was not so I was given a very reasonable explanation - such notices encourage some irritating people to overstock - just another example in this world of ours of how the bad behaviour of some people makes life more difficult for the majority.

+ Excellent location and studio- faultless − It wasnt entirely clear on booking you MUST have internet to get in- and I didn't, so i couldnt get in and the buzzer sounded automated, so n9 help. Managed by getting through the first doors when other people went in, and signed into the free wifi to use my room key. A bit of a stress after a long travel

+ Small and compact studio space but very cleverly arranged, with movable wardrobe. Kitchenette has everything you need. But truly the best aspect of this place is the common space at the last floor - basically a cool, contemporary penthouse, with it's own kitchen, living room (with billiards), more quiet room for work and absolutely fantastic terrace, which offers almost 360 deg view on the city and beyond (imagine reddish Mt Blanc at sunset). Loved it. − Hotel-like room windows, which open up to some 10%. Could do with more coffee pods for 4-night stay (but then, there's always free coffee in the common space, so no big deal).

State of the art hotel with great ammenities! + Once you got the hang of it getting in and out was straightforward. The Flat area was brilliant and the views amazing. Our room was clever and seemed spacious
