+ Room was very clean, the staff was nice and helpful. − It was very warm in the room because the air-con cant be adjusted lower than the kanton law.

Excellent + We booked 2 rooms, 1 family for 3, and 1 double. Rooms were very clean, family room was huge, with 3 double beds. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Location was a little out of the center, but with free transport it was no issue. Will certainly go back to this hotel when we return to beautiful Geneva. − The double room was a quite small (304). The air conditioning did struggle, but with the temperature in the high 30's for most of our stay wouldn't really complain. Breakfast for £20.00 per person was steep, but plenty of locals stores to buy food, which is what we did.

Fantastic, welcoming hotel in a great location + Great location - very well served by trams so getting around Geneva was really easy. The room was incredibly spacious and had AC. The room felt like an apartment rather than a hotel room! Very clean. The hotel also had additional facilities including a microwave which was really useful. Incredibly helpful staff throughout our stay. − Nothing

+ Bonjour, nous avons passé une nuit dans l'hôtel lors de notre voyage en vélo. La chambre était bien sauf que la climatison ne fonctionnait pas bien et ne faisait pas la fraîcheur attendue. Local bagagerie pour y mettre nos vélos. Nous n'avons pas profité du petit déjeuner que nous avons pris au bord du lac. Le personnel est sympathique et donne de bons conseils pour le transport ou ce qu'il y est possible de faire aux alentours. − La climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas bien.
