− The hotel informed shortly before my arrival that they must cancel my reservation due to their overbooking. They also informed about an reservation in another hotel that they arranged already. All this by email. No phone call. No alternatives offered. In many years pf intensive travelling never such behavior experienced.. This is management to fill up rooms as much as possible but not satisfy customers.

Sehr gutes Hotel, in bester Lage, praktisch zum Besuch der Streetparade + Die Lage ist super, das Frühstück ist gut, die Zimmer sind ok, die Klimaanlage war sehr gut, nicht zu laut, und angenehme Temperatur, auch nicht zu kalt. Nespresso-Maschine auf dem Zimmer finden wir top ;O) − alles ok, Kleinigkeiten aber insgesamt passt es (Spiegelei kostet extra ;O)

+ location − rm 458 should be for a single not a double the bed is inaccessiblefrom one side. If you need to go to the toilet at night you have to jump over your companion

+ The rooms were large and spacious and also for an upgrade for one of the rooms. The breakfast was wonderful. A special mention to all the staff they were super friendly and always smiling with excellent customer service. Also the location was perfect with a short walking distance to most places and transport connectivity was very close. − Nothing
