Très agréable, à mon prochain passage à Toronto je sais quel hotel choisir + Accueil: j'ai pu discuter en français avec l'équipe de la réception Piscine intérieure: ça ne pouvait pas bien tombé après une journée bien chargée Situation géographique: Calme et attrayant et bon positionnement. − Parking: je n'ai pas su au moment de la réservation que le parking n'était pas inclus dans le tarif.

great place to stay, would do so again + beds were excellent. very luxurious . shower was very good. attatched resturant ww great, a bit pricy though. shuttle was excellent. staff great. − tea coffe machine sucked.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. + Nice entry, great restaurant/cafe − Suite was a bit cramped when we pulled out the sofa bed.

+ Very clean. Good location − They make you pay for parking. The light fell out of the wall overnight. Check out wasn’t very pleasant. Told the front desk about the light and nothing was said or done. Not even have a nice day!

素晴らしい！ + フロントのスタッフがテキパキしていて、スムーズ。空港へのシャトルバス予約からランドリーの不具合や忘れ物の取り扱いなど完璧に対処してくれた。 部屋は広く、清潔で、足りないものもなく、バスタブが深めなのも良かった。 中心地から離れているので、車があれば長期滞在も良い。空港に行くための1泊だけではもったいない感じだった。 ホテル全体的として、たいへんオーガナイズされていた印象がある。 − ランドリーが1回、3､5ｶﾅﾀﾞﾄﾞﾙは高額

Comfortable and convenient stay! + Check-in and check-out was fast, the fitness center is great and the free shuttle is a huge perk. With the free shuttle it takes basically a minute to get to the airport! The room I received was spacious and had a bath, which was super nice! I think this is great value for an airport hotel. − I think a nicer coffe/tea setup in the rooms would be good, not just paper cups.

+ The hot tub, very relaxing. − There was hair on the bathroom floor. I asked for a wake up call and didn't receive one. Expensive, considering breakfast wasn't included.
