− Stationnement parking payant pour que finalement nous garer a des centaines de mètres dans un parking meme pas clôturer. Pour 34$ je m'attendais a mieux. Petit déjeuner, beaucoup de monde, beaucoup d'attente et choix très limité.

If I didn’t have too I probably wouldn’t stay here again + It was close to airport and had shuttle service − The bed was like an air mattress… it was not that clean, didn’t give water at all… they let you buy it downstairs but we bought 2 gatorades and it was $15…. A little ridiculous.

I didn’t get the worth of the price of the hotel + Near the airport − The staff is not friendly. The receptionist is not helpful at all. We book for 4 person but our room only has 2 sets of towels. When we ask for extra 2 towels, he only said he’s busy & the housekeeping is only available in the morning. The breakfast provided also good for 2 pax and I have to call the customer service to give me the 2 extra coupons. Very disappointing.

Décevant pour un hotel 4 étoiles + Lits doubles spacieux et plutot de bonne qualité Emplacement proche de l'aéroport Bon petit-déjeuner Salle de sport plutôt bien équipé − - Très bruyant, nous entendions les avions comme si il n'y avait pas de double vitrage - Nous avons réservé pour 3 personnes, il n'y avait que peu de serviettes à disposition et que pour deux personnes , nous avons du les demander - les recharges de produits de toilette n'étaient pas remplis. Il n'y avait pas de savon liquide dans notre salle de bain et il nous ont dit ne plus en avoir à part le tout petit savon solide - La moitié des lumières ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre - La chambre n'était pas bien nettoyée (tâches sur le meuble) - Nous pouvons pas ouvrir les fenêtres longtemps car notre chambre donnait sur une vue sur les poubelles à cela s'est ajouté la pluie qui accentuait les odeurs - La femme de ménage passait toujours avant 9h du matin même le jour de notre check-in ce qui nous r…
