Comfortable rooms, great location. + Comfortable rooms and beds. Location was really good also. − Unfortunately, ice bucket was missed and had rubbish within. Once informed, a new bucket was provided but rubbish remained in original bucket in room. Parking also not half price to guests who purchase rooms through a third party.

+ The hotel is really lovely and the suites are very nice. They have good sized, clean rooms, the staff are friendly and helpful and it’s located a 5-7 minute walk from the Empress and the Harbour.
