A wonderful stay with excellent service, a comfortable room, and genuinely helpful staff. + The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. We especially appreciated how accommodating they were when we arranged to have flowers delivered to the hotel. − Nothing in particular. We had a very pleasant stay and everything went smoothly.

Great Hotel, Great Location, Great Staff, Great Value + Location was superb, all staff we had contact with were great, even the Starbucks staff- which we know are not Hilton's. Everyone was attentive to our needs throughout the stay. − This is not a big deal; we were very happy with our entire stay. If I were to give feedback on what could be better, I'd say we asked the front desk for 2 extra robes on Monday (Aug. 10th) and were told they'd have some delivered to the room, but we didn't receive them. We moved on... In addition, we did get maid service every day, but they didn't replace the toilet paper, and there weren't any extra rolls in the room. We let the front desk know, and they got us more promptly. Again, not a bid deal-- but you're asking for feedback on what could've been better.

Bardzo dobry, Bardzo mila obsługa + wszystko poza śniadaniem − sniadanie. ani jednego warzywa, prawie sam cukier. owoce, slodkie jogurty ciastka. Jedynie jajka byly dostepne ze zdrowej opcji.

Disappointed + The location is good, right behind the Empress Hotel. Easy access to everything − On site Parking $34+taxes daily, awkward interior design -closet door can't open fully as it is blocked by the night table. The mattress is so soft, you just sunk into it and hardly any space left to walk through behind the bed. No alloted space for spreading out luggage. Hugh desk and large mirror in living room for no reason. TV has a poor quality display, images are so rough and distorted. You have to login to your own account for Netflix Apple. Large and Hugh furniture for the living room but the sofa bed turns out to be very filmy and uncomfortable. Overall the unit and facilities are kept clean. Front desk staff are ok but lack of training to deal issues, like I request form mattress and pillows but it turns out everything is ignored when check in. Parking assistance staff are good and efficient. For over$2300 for 4 nights stay, I found it not worth it and not recommended.

+ Great location. Room was as described, a bit smaller and a little cramped. Plus Victoria is expensive. Location is fabulous, and beds were very comfy

Really comfy and nice room, great location. + Really nice room! Right in the heart of downtown, couldn’t ask for a better location. Great staff, all super helpful. You get warm cookies when you check in. − The suite has a microwave but no plates or utensils, I thought it would have made sense to have some cutlery to use for food.
