日本人スタッフ含め、対応も良く、施設は清潔で駐車場も完備され、非常におすすめです。 + 中心部にも近く、スーパー、レストラン、お土産物店などアクセスしやすい。 一階にレストランもあり、無料の水も常時置いてあります。 − この宿泊施設に限らないのかもしれないが、コインランドリー、電子レンジが共有としても設置されていない。 電子レンジはフロントにモノを預ければ事務所で温めてくれるようだが、実際は使いづらい。 ちなみに、コインランドリーは徒歩数分の場所にあるが、めちゃくちゃ混んでいて、洗濯開始から終了まで張り付いていないと不安に感じた。 また、カナダドルでキャッシュのみの使用で、クレジットなどは不可であることも使いづらい。

Great location in Banff with basic Room set up + The location was great, the idea of the seperated beds in one room was nice. the room was clean. − The room on one side was very hot, the hotel seems dated. Hotel staff was friendly but not out of their way. The bartender was not friendly and acted like we were a problem asking for water and ice. This hotel is very pricey and could have added flair for the price.

− 今回のカナダ旅行では、バンクーバーやバンフを含めて宿泊したホテルの中で一番高額だったため、かなり期待していました。 しかし、実際に宿泊してみるとホテル自体が少し古く、部屋も暗い印象で、正直なところ期待していた分、少し残念に感じました。 次回バンフを訪れることがあれば、街中の高額なホテルに泊まるよりも、少し中心部から離れた、もう少しリーズナブルなホテルを選ぶと思います。 ただ、シティセンターにあるレストランやお土産屋さんなどへ、ホテルから徒歩で行きたい方にとっては、立地を重視するならおすすめできるホテルだと思います。
