Wonderful spa for all weathers + It's all about the spa. A great place to spend time. Not really a pool so much as a giant indoor/outdoor jacuzzi, which we intend to revisit in winter, along with the best saunas and steam room you'll find. − Simply not as "posh" a hotel as I'd expected but that may be my misinterpretation from the spa images. Location is a pain if you want to go out to eat. Basically a business park a couple of miles from anything. But just plan to stay there all the time 😏

Lovely spa break in disappointing location. + Lovely swimming pool with good opening times for guests. Nice breakfast. Comfortable room with a/c. − Location on an industrial site was a bit of a surprise- surroundings were a supermarket and lorry park. Mandatory deposit for room on arrival also seemed unnecessary.

Lovely Break + We had a lovely 4 night break in July during the hot weather. the pool was lovely but understandably busy and there aren't enough parasols to ensure that there was enough shade for everyone. The breakfasts were good - although I object to being asked to book a time for breakfast - this is supposed to be a relaxing stay. The restaurant food was good although the menu didn't change much. The staff were pleasant and helpful. As we had had to pay for all 4 nights before we arrived I was surprised to be asked to pay another deposit on arrival.

Most enjoyable. We would return. The negatives are easily fixed and we don`t expect perfection. + staff were excellent throughout, cheerful, polite, professional. Treatments were outstanding second time around. Restaurant service excellent, food good, high quality breakfast. Lovely spa facilities, very clean throughtout − Service room, bed not made tea etc not replaced. Carpet had long hairs in it.# and stuck to feet. Bath ran cold and had to be supplemented by boiling kettles. Bath plug kept popping out.

Very nice overnight stay + Friendly, helpful staff Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Relaxed atmosphere − On a trading estate on outskirts of malvern so quite a walk into the town (But easy to get to by car)
