Comfortable classy furnishings and fabulous food + Felt comfortable from the moment we arrived, and the staff were excellent , fabulous dining room and very accomplishing chef cooked us perhaps the best fillet steak we have had for a long time . Meal was superb. − Nothing really

Brief! + Unfortunately, I spent little time at the hotel, checking in, going to a party, coming back and then leaving very early in the morning, missing their highly commended breakfasts! I'm sure it's very good if you spent more time there!

We will definitely stay here again in the future if we are in the area + Everything. We upgraded to the bishops room(only 20£ more a night) and so happy we did. Plenty of space in the room, decorated wonderfully and in a quiet residential area but still very convenient for getting around Malvern. − Absolutely nothing it was all fantastic!

Wonderful base in a beautiful setting and a short walk to the main high street and walking trails + If you want value for money and a truly relaxing and comfortable stay then the Cotford Hotel is your perfect hotel. The facilities were exceptional and everything you would want for a perfect get away base. − There is nothing we didn't like. All positives from our side. Staff were friendly and the individual service was a real treat after a few hotels during our holiday serving buffet breakfasts. The breakfast was cooked to order and perfect.

A lovely hotel, would definitely stay again. + A beautiful property with a beautifully decorated interior. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was pretty and clean. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection. − Came back from eating out at 9.30pm, looking to take a drink upstairs but the bar was closed and locked already.

Comfortable, but the whole place needs an update. + Lovely helpful staff, who liked my dog! − Room was small and too hot (hardly surprising, given the weather). Noisy machinery throughout the night, and we couldn’t close the windows. No choice of pillows (I sleep on my front), and I ended up with a very stiff neck. Breakfast felt very old-fashioned. Filter coffee? Fine, but from the nineties. Packaged bread? Fine, but there are artisan bakers everywhere these days. Great sausage, but all a bit THF….sorry to be picky, but I had expected something better for the price. Staff were all brilliant, working really hard. Thank you.
