very poor + staff were friendly − the property very badly needs to be decorated and upgraded. the proerty is stuck in the 60s. although we paid for 3 nights we left after one night . moved to another hotel. lost the two nights paymnet

A real gem in the centre of Malvern + The hotel is handily placed in the centre of Malvern. The welcome was warm and friendly and all the staff were excellent. The hotel bar had a great choice of Ales and I enjoyed dinner. There was a downstairs bar that showed the football. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom looked recently decorated. Breakfast (and service) was excellent. I would definitely stay again. − Nothing

Good breakfast but disappointing room. + Breakfast was good and the staff member at breakfast was very helpful. Great central location. Nice dirty boot tray. Clean bathroom. − Limited parking. Fire exit door to roof in room. Dead bird feathers on roof outside window. Very noticeable smell in room. Half finished coffee milk drink in fridge on arrival. Lack of plug and USB sockets. Ripped towel.
