Very nice and helpful staff but in need of a deep clean and possible renovation. + The kitchen was great, many appliances open to use as well as cold water. Easily reachable from everywhere. Washing machine was a great additional feature. − Unfortunately, the showers and toilets weren’t very clean. It wasn’t possible not to step in old water after getting out of the shower and overall the bathroom didn’t seem very clean. We also found hair from previous guests in our sink.

Perfect stay! :) + One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in! Very clean, in a perfect location, with lovely staff and a great atmosphere. After our flight got cancelled, we had to book a place at the last minute and chose this hostel again. It turned out to be the perfect decision. Highly recommended! :) − -

Visiting Bath for the first time + Great location, right in the centre of everything to see and do. Apart from the the things I have mentioned below its a great value hostel and right in the centre. Our room was perfect and we had a great view. Beds were really comfy too!! − Breakfast didn't seem like a lot of food when we came down on our first morning, mainly cereals, milk, tea/ coffee and spreads for toast, the bag of bread was on its last two slices. The hostel however had a fridge for guests to use for their own food so this was beneficial. We were also placed on a floor that only had male toilets/ shower on our corridor. As two female travelers, a closer bathroom would of been better for us personally.

+ La centralità dell'alloggio. Letto comodo. − PURTROPPO ho dimenticato delle cose in stanza e magicamente non ritrovate dallo staff quindi mi dispiace dirlo ma ladruncoli.. e anche poco furbi... oltretutto sono un po' lenti a rispondere alle mail in generale in questo caso a maggior modo 😅 Staff gentile. Pulizia(le stesse lenzuola e piumone), una sola presa in stanza doppia è inconcepibile, almeno un semplice tavolino per appoggiare le cose sarebbe stato comodo, stanza piccola e scomoda per gli spazi (sono stata in stanze piccole ma almeno erano organizzate meglio..), nei bagni/docce in comune vi suggerirei di inserire delle panche per appoggiare le cose e soprattutto nel reparto docce - c'erano 2 bagni e 3 docce nel bagno del nostro corridoio -

YMCA is such a great place to stay at. + The Staff are amazing and can accommodate your request at any time. I have been to various hostels around the world that disappointed and was worried this would be the same. But YMCA - Bath is exceptional. Very clean, no noise, the room section is separate from the dormitories which makes it very quiet and warm. They have coffee every morning although i am not a breakfast person. The location is amazing as it is a walking distance from everything you need to see. They have space to work. The WIFI is best in the lobby and outside but a bit slow in the rooms. I however got my SIM Card and stopped using it in the room. Toilets are clean and so are the bathrooms. There are dustbins everywhere to prevent littering. Overall, this place is worth the money, and is very very good to stay at. You will be lucky to find a bed as it is almost always booked. − WIFI is a bit slow in the rooms. It is fast in the lobby and the dinning area. The res…
