Beautiful home in the centre of Bath, close to everything! But quiet and relaxing. Owner was very responsive and accommo + Living space was perfect All the bedrooms are a good size and enough bathrooms. High quality finish in every room. − Nothing to dislike

Beautiful residence in central Bath + Beautiful residence in central Bath. Immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable furniture. Easy to contact Sabine who always replied quickly − Too cold, but that was sorted immediately by Sabine. Not able to use tv. Couldn't tune it to stations. It had netflix etc, but didn't allow access without passwords, which weren't supplied. No microwave in otherwise exceptional kitchen

Overall was okay, could do with some more cleaning + The property is within walking distance from the town centre, so really good location wise. The host Sabine is responsive when needed. − Toaster and oven weren’t very clean. The parking space was very small and right in the corner of the car park making it very difficult for larger cars to park, I guess okay if you have only a small vehicle.

Great location and property, difficult communication + Great location, equipped with everything you could need. − We had asked for the sofa bed to be made up (this required an additional £30 linen charge on top of the booking price), but when we arrived, a small children's bed was made up instead which was unsuitable for our group consisting of only adults. This was eventually solved late the next day, but communication with the host through Booking was very difficult and we had to resort to calling her several times (number was on a sign inside the property). We did end up getting the linen charge refunded for our troubles.

Perfect stay for a city trip Bath, highly recommended! + Large house at central location including parking place − The house got warm but have to say we were there during a heat wave 35 degrees Celsius. Blankets were a bit warm for that temp.

+ The location is superb for restaurants and bars. But a quiet retreat. − The key was different to use in the front door and probably needs some lock oil. The upstairs bathroom has a blocked plug hole in the bath that needs attention. A few cooking utensils need replacing, all the knives are blunt. Finally could do with a plastic measuring jug.

We enjoyed our stay - the living room and kitchen space were a nice gathering area for our group. + It was easy up get to get the keys from the key box - but it was difficult to lock and unlock the front door. The door handle needed to be lifted up when locking and unlocking the door. We had to call Sabine to get directions on how to do this. She needs to have clear directions on this. − No window in the main floor bedroom. Luckily there was a fan, but a window would have been nice for fresh air.
