+ The staff here deserve a six star review, I have never stayed in such more friendly, helpful hotel, the room was beautiful, and the view was outstanding looking at the valley. The staff went beyond helping me and making me feel comfortable, and directing me in the proper direction for visiting and tours, etc., hats off to this hotel amazing.

+ Great location and nice hotel for the price. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Evening staff limited English. The garbage across the street is terrible and would really be nice to clean it regularly as you look at the trash from the restaurant.

A place to Come again and again. + A big Thank you to the team supervised by a wonderful manager. We had the best time. And when I could not get a bus back to Hanoi, she got it done within minutes. Talking about the hotel, it is 7 minutes walk to Moana and about 12 minutes walk to sunworld.

편하게 머무를 수 있는 곳이에요. + 위치는 사파시내와 조금 떨어져 있기때문에 매우 조용해서 좋았고, 그랩을 이용해서 다녔기 때문에 불편한 점은 없었어요. 다만, 여행 시기에 날씨가 흐리고 구름이 아래로 많이 내려오다보니, 안개가 엄청 짙었던 때라 그건 좀 아쉬웠지만, 그래도 가볼 곳은 대부분 가봤네요~^^.

The perfect place to enjoy Sapa + This hotel has been an unexpected surprise. The location is perfect, just at the end of the city center with amazing views to the mountains, but only 10 min walking distance. We had the mountain view room with balcony and it has been a great choice. The heated pool on the deck is great to relax in between with breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet had lots of variations and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The perfect place to enjoy Sapa.

Escapade à Sa Pa + Très bel hotel, décoration raffinée. Personnel sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec vue sur une rizière. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon. Le personnel nous a organisé un trek avec une guide hmong. Cette sortie a été exceptionnelle, nous avons passé un très bon moment et en savons plus sur les différentes ethnies et coutumes locales. Encore merci. Je recommande
