A comfortable, welcoming stay with great service, clean rooms, and tasty food — highly recommended. + The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from check-in to check-out. Our room was very clean, the AC worked well, and the WiFi was strong. They provided free bottled water daily which was a thoughtful bonus. The food served at the café was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and relaxing. We really felt taken care of throughout our stay. − Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

overall great stay + The place is overlooking the mountain and the host Stephen is very supportive. The breakfast is okay, it is ala cart but still enough to make you full. It is also walking distance to Moana Sapa. − The place is good however since it is under the restaurant. Coming back up and fort is a bit uncomfortable.

Great place to stay + We had a great stay at Mountain View Station. The bed was incredibly comfortable and had lovely pillows. The shower was lovely and hot. We ate dinner in the restaurant one evening and the food was great. Better than the next couple of nights when we ate at other restaurants and wished we had just eaten there. Family is very friendly. The location is a little further from the centre but an easy walk which we enjoyed. Also meant it was quieter at night. There were some steps down to our room but the hotel staff helped with our bags. We were disappointed that they were full and we could not extend as it was a great stay. The view is great when there is no mist.

Strongly recommended to Stay at Mountain View Station.. + Good Food..Good Location can see Fansipan mountain from hotel..nearby Cat Cat Village..Fansipan..Sapa City Square..Hotel Staff are good and paitent and kind..for solo traveller..small groups..couple..good for this location..strongly recommended to stay in Mountain View Station..😊😊😊 ✌👍 − Have to improve back yard at ground level..its will be more nice ..😎😎😎

Wonderful stay in Sapa. + The room was nice, perfect for groups, though it just has one washroom. The view and vibes…very cozy. The location is okay: walkable from Sun Plaza, has groceries, coffee shops and restaurants around. The staff are very accommodating, helpful and friendly too. They also serve hearty breakfast.

+ Tres bon établissement. Tres belle vue et chambre simple et confortable, bien pensée pour une famille de 4. − L'odeur de certains oreillers,.imprégnés d'humidité, trop durs a mon goût. Mais c'est un detail car l'hotel est super. Le restaurant est trés bon aussi.
